Return and refund policy

In summary:

- 30 days right to return the goods
- No restocking fee
- Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the goods

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging - only then will it be eligible for a return. You will also need proof of purchase (usually the receipt).

You can initiate your return by sending an e-mail to info@velqlo.com. Please wait for a reply, which will include the return form with no costs.

If we accept your return, pack the product (ideally in the original packaging) and send the package. Then send a reply with the track & trace code to our support team.

Once we have received and processed your package, you will receive your money back within 10 days to the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Please note: Returns to an address other than the one specified in the return form will not be accepted.

Damaged products

If your order has been damaged during delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please take a photo or video evidence of the damage and contact info@velqlo.com. We will immediately try to find a solution for you.

Return due to regret

Does the item not fit or have you simply changed your mind? Contact info@velqlo.com to arrange a return. We do not charge a restocking fee, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund information

When we receive your return, we will notify you and let you know if it has been accepted. If we have accepted the return, you can expect a refund within 10 days using the payment method you used to place your order.
