We offer free shipping for all orders in Australia. Shipping processing time for Australia with Australian Post:
Every effort will be made to ship your order as quickly as possible. Processing time is 1 - 2 days day (Monday - Friday) and shipping time is 4 - 7 days (Monday - Friday).
We endeavor to ship all orders received before 11 pm on the same day. Orders received after 11pm, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping is always free for all orders.

Products arrived damaged?
We'll start working on this unfortunate situation immediately. All we need from you is a photo/video report of the damage, together with your order number. Send this to info@velqlo.com and we will certainly find a suitable solution.
The products arrived too late?
Most of our packages arrive on time. Delays can be seasonal or caused by a high volume of parcels at Australian Post.
Please allow 2 more days for the parcel to arrive - remember it is insured and you also have a tracking code. If the 2 days have passed and your parcel has not arrived, please contact us at info@velqlo.com.
